Train a group of people who will work with the individual families to provide
training to families to take care of the people with disabilities.
Although this option allows the youth with disabilities to remain in their homes, receiving support from their families, it still does not address the issue of empowering the youth themselves. Under this system, the youth would still remain a burden to the family as they would not receive any training themselves. |
